This competition won strong support from the Commission on Higher Education, Philippines. As response to the pandemic, the competition was conducted online from preparations to closing ceremony, involving many countries and schools. A transnational organizing committee was set up to ensure the smooth progress of the competition. Our International Exchange and Cooperation Office and School of Economics and Management guided Batangas State University in each stage of preparations, assisting in communicating with contestants and instructors from all countries. Online meetings were hosted on a regular basis to discuss competition details. Thanks to all these efforts, the first international competition sponsored by our school and organized by the university abroad ended up a big success, an event that lasted for more than 2 months with nearly 400 participants from 7 universities in 6 countries. It further enhanced the international clout of our school.
